Apollo Enterprise Solutions Names Ceasar Verdelli New CTO

Irvine, California—January 19 , 2007—Apollo Enterprise Solutions LLC (Apollo), the leading provider of web-based payment and collection technology, announced today that Ceasar Verdelli has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. His responsibilities include the implementation of Apollo’s worldwide Information Technology strategy, infrastructure deployment and operations, data management and global network security.

Prior to joining Apollo, Verdelli served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Golden Retriever System (GRS), a leader in US payment card processing. At GRS, he provided information technology leadership at strategic and tactical levels, managing daily company business affairs, which included capital and expense budgets, capital and expense acquisition, licensing agreements, as well as capacity and disaster recovery planning. In conjunction with managing business relations between GRS and all VISA regions worldwide, Verdelli was responsible for systems design, development, and implementation for VISA’s level III data applications. Verdelli was also responsible for planning, implementing and managing the growth of GRS volume to over 14 billion card transactions annually, often handling up to 60 million transactions daily.
