Apollo Enterprise Solutions’ Healthcare Subsidiary Names Cy Siders Senior Vice President of Sales

Irvine, California—August 22 , 2007—Apollo Enterprise Solutions LLC, the leading provider of web-based payment and collection technology, announced today that the company’s new healthcare subsidiary, Apollo Enterprise Healthcare Solutions, LLC (“AEHS”) has named Cy Siders Senior Vice President of Sales. At AEHS, he will lead the subsidiary’s sales organization.

Prior to joining Apollo, Siders served as Senior Vice President Business Development at Masterplan Inc., the nation’s leading independent service organization dedicated to providing healthcare facilities with medical equipment maintenance and management programs. Throughout his 25-year career in the healthcare industry, he has held a number of executive sales, service and marketing positions with industry leaders including GE Healthcare, Toshiba America Medical Systems, and InnoServ Technologies, an independent service organization. Siders received his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1988.
